Abbie and Betty

Abbie Cornwallish, an Australian actress born in August 1982, appears in a number of films role. Cornish is well known for her film roles as Heidi in the film Somersault (2004). She also played Somersault (2004) Fanny Brawne in Bright Star (2009) Sweet Pea in Sucker Punch (2011) Lindy in Limitless (2011) Clara Murphy in RoboCop (2014) as Sarah in Geostorm (2017) and for her collaboration with filmmaker Martin McDonagh in Seven Psychopaths (2012) and three Billboards outside Ebbing, Missouri (2017). In the latter film, Cornish received her first Screen Actors Guild Award as one of the actors. Betty Gilpin.........................American actress Betty Gilpin was fortunate to have both of her parents be professional actors. Jack Gilpin starred in Adventureland, (2009) while Ann McDonough starred as The Mothman Prophecies and other films. The love and support of her parents made the choice to study acting an easy one for the now young Betty Gilpin. Fordham College, where Gilpin was studying to develop her craft, was the college that she decided to go to. Gilpin began acting in Off Broadway productions after graduation, while also auditioning for roles on TV and film. The actress was invited to guest star on NBC's Law & Order: Criminal Intent (2001-2011) as well as following by small parts on Ghost Town (2008) and The Northern Kingdom (2009). Gilpin continued to land mostly TV guest roles in the subsequent years, before getting her first break in 2013, when she was offered the part of Nurse Jackie. In the role of Dr. Carrie Roman Gilpin appeared on 34 episodes of the series prior to when Nurse Jackie concluded its run in June 2015. Gilpin appeared the same year as a character in True Story, a mystery thriller.
